The topic of discussion will be "Secure Borders, Open Doors" with a special focus on student visas. This webchat will be conducted in preparation for the upcoming 2007 International Education and Exchange Week (IEW), which is a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education to recognize the global exchange environment between the United States and other countries.
