Ambassador Patterson Visits Al Amriya Free Zone

Alexandria – U.S. Ambassador to Egypt Anne W. Patterson concluded her trip to Alexandria by visiting Al Amriya Free Zone on Tuesday, September 13, 2011. 

During her visit, the Ambassador toured Nile Linen Company and Lord Company. 

"The private sector will need to innovate and grow so that it can generate economic growth and stability that will benefit all Egyptians,” remarked Ambassador Patterson at a reception the day before.  “Building Egypt’s economy will be hard work, but just as we are committed to helping support your democratic transition, Americans are committed to help realize Egypt’s enormous economic potential.”
