U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Visits Egypt.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is in Egypt for two days of discussions with Egyptian judges and legal experts. Justice Ginsburg is in Cairo to ‘listen and learn’ with her Egyptian counterparts as they begin Egypt’s constitutional transition to democracy. A renowned advocate for civil rights and the equal citizenship stature of women and men, Justice Ginsburg would be pleased to answer questions about the U.S. legal system and Constitution.
After visiting Cairo and Alexandria, the Justice will travel to Tunisia. Justice Ginsburg is accompanied on her trip by her daughter, Professor Jane Ginsburg, an expert in intellectual property law.
